Tasting Notes
This wine represents the finest expression of Cabernet Sauvignon from the stony soils along the Las Tunas River in Gualtallary. It is a robust wine with an intense, bright ruby-red color. Its aromas are delicate and harmonious, with notes of wild berries and the herbs and spices that grow alongside our vineyard, such as thyme and jarilla. On the palate, it is pure and expressive, with a long, gradual, and persistent finish.
