TASTING NOTES

A modern and sophisticated red wine. The nose is dominated by red fruit and the aromatic herbs that grow alongside our vineyard, such as thyme and jarilla.

It displays the distinctive character of both Cabernet Sauvignon and Gualtallary.

On the palate, it offers excellent structure, with enveloping, ripe tannins. It is rich, deep, and full-bodied, with vibrant acidity.
